We have been selected as one of the top wedding photographers in the world by Best of Wedding Photography! This invitation-only group started with an extremely selective list of almost 5,000 photographers. Of those, just 350 invitations were sent to photographers from around the world. The review board includes some of the best and best known photographers in the wedding industry. These include David Beckstead, David Ziser, Anna Kuperberg, Crash Taylor, Ben Chrisman, Glen Johnson, as well as Matt Adcock and Sol Tamargo of Del Sol Photography.

We photographed Kimberly and Kenny’s gorgeous Atlanta wedding at Twelve Atlantic Station about a year ago. Just recently we were contacted by The Knot Magazine to submit images from their wedding. Kimberly and Kenny have a fantastic eye for design and it showed in the details of their featured article. Today we were so pumped to find out that Kimberly and Kenny’s wedding had been featured by the wonderful ladies at Southern Weddings Magazine. We are so excited for them. They both have the best personalities and are just a pleasure to be around. We are so fortunate to have had to opportunity to meet the two of them and so glad we were able to photograph their wedding. I’m sitting here drinking my morning caffeine cocktail while I read the latest Southern Weddings Magazine. This is by far the best issue yet in my opinion, but that may be a biased opinion because one of our weddings is featured in this issue! We received our copy early, but the magazine will hit the stands tomorrow so make sure to get yourself a copy. If you want to get an issue today it is already available at Books A Million here in Valdosta.

This issue features one of our awesome couples and several of the wedding vendors who made this wedding such a great success. Susanna Dover and Justin Martin make a wonderful couple and we are so excited that their wedding was chosen for this premiere issue.

Photographers’ buying habits are as diverse as their capture styles, personalities and clientele. I recently interviewed six wedding/portrait and commercial shooters to find out their favorite brands, where they buy their staple products, what they expect in customer service, and what’s on their shopping lists for this fall and winter. Here’s some of what they said.
