We are a husband and wife team of professional wedding and portrait photographers who share many passions; primarily LIFE and LOVE. Fortunately, for our customers, we are also passionate about the art of capturing LIFE and LOVE in print. We have been together most of our lives starting from the time we were in kindergarten. We started dating in high school and continued to date through four years of college at Valdosta State University. We have been married now for 15 years and have two beautiful girls, Hannah and Halle. We are learning first hand how amazingly fast life happens before our very eyes. We watch Hannah and Halle as they grow and change every day. We can’t imagine relying only on traditional photography to document their lives. We’ve become very keen in the art of capturing the expressions and changes of life. Shooting “LIFEstyle” photography allows us to create lasting memories of a subjects true beauty. Without being forced, expressions are natural and we are able to relax and just have fun. Many of our portrait sessions take place outside of the studio. Sometimes the best place to capture the true personalities of children is in a place they are familiar with such as their home or a favorite park or playground.
The LOVE and excitement of weddings. At first we did not think we wanted to be involved in wedding photography. After doing a wedding for a friend, we completely changed our minds. We look back now and cannot imagine having missed all of the wonderful experiences and great people that weddings have brought to us. As a married couple, we appreciate the emotion that pours out of a wedding day, and as a photography team we compliment one another in capturing that emotion in print. As wedding photographers, we see ourselves as artists documenting the beauty and excitement of the day. Our goal is to capture the emotion, recording each couples story from beginning to end as we see it unfold. We create art by incorporating our subjects into the natural environment and utilizing mostly available light. Wedding Photography demands a higher level of skill and pushes us everyday to improve and sharpen our skills as photographers.
We absolutly LOVE what we do and if you ask our friends, family, or customers they will tell you the same. Here is a quote from one of our wedding couples:
Jeff and Julie are an amazing team. They are seamless and so behind the scenes that when you finally see your images you think to yourself “WOW, they actually caught that moment.” For my husband and I, photography was THE MOST IMPORTANT vendor, thus once I saw their magnificent work I hired them first before anyone else. They both really understand light and composition so your photographs come out looking even more fabulous than you feel on your wedding day. I had no doubt they would provide me with phenomenal photographs, but their customer service is excellent as well. My husband and I have received so many compliments on our photos from both family and friends alike. I would highly recommend them to any bride, anywhere.
